ChefsTouch, based near Montpellier, is recipe-sheet software for every food trade: sub-recipes, quantities scaled to the number of guests, automatic nutrition and allergen values, INCO labelling, an ingredient database fed by partner suppliers (Valrhona, Cacao Barry, PatisFrance…). The Starter plan is free up to 100 sheets and paid plans start at €1.99/month excl. VAT: to structure a lab it is a reference, claimed by more than 5,000 chefs.
Patissio does not try to compete on the nutrition database. It covers what ChefsTouch does not touch: the website under your name, the shop, the custom quote form, the deposit collected online, production planning with daily capacity, workshops, the directory with verified reviews. your difficulty is not writing recipes but selling: receiving complete requests, quoting, collecting a deposit, keeping the planning and knowing what each order earns. The Starter plan is free; Pro at €29/month includes quotes, planning and costing.
you first want a rigorous recipe book with allergens, nutrition values and INCO labels for a few euros a month, and you already sell through your own channels. The two tools can be combined.
