One to two weeks for a decorated birthday cake, three weeks to a month for a wedding cake or croquembouche, more in wedding season (May to September). Some pastry chefs accept last-minute orders on simple creations: the quote form gives a quick answer.
Most offer pickup at the workshop and many deliver within a few kilometres, with a surcharge for fragile pieces (wedding cakes, croquembouches). Delivery terms are shown on each showcase before ordering.
