Every listing is a caterer, sweet or savoury, using Patissio to receive quote requests: event type, number of guests, menus, diets and allergies. You describe your event, they come back with a quote and a deposit to pay online.
Ratings come from events actually delivered: once an order is completed, the customer receives a personal link to leave a rating and a review. The caterer can hide a review, never edit it, and the overall rating counts every review received.
