What is deducted from each online payment

Payments go through Stripe. At each payment, Stripe fees and a small Patissio commission are deducted, then the balance is paid straight into your Stripe account. Exact rates are shown in your dashboard and in the terms of service. No fees on orders paid outside Patissio.

Pricing and billing

Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes, with no time limit and no credit card. It includes the showcase website, up to 50 creations, the catalogue shop with full payment and order management.
What is the difference between Pro and Premium?
Pro adds everything needed to sell bespoke work and get organised: quotes, deposits, planning, recipes and cost price, subdomain. Premium adds the custom domain, workshops, team, statistics and AI agent access.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time from the Subscription page of your dashboard. An upgrade is immediate; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Is yearly payment cheaper?
Yes: €290 per year for Pro and €490 per year for Premium, i.e. two months free compared with monthly payment.
Are there fees on my sales?
On online payments only: Stripe fees and a small Patissio commission, shown at payment. Orders paid in cash or by bank transfer outside Patissio carry no fees.
