How does click and collect work?

The customer chooses pickup or delivery, then a date among those you can honour: the product's preparation time and your daily capacity are respected automatically. You see the order and its date in your planning.

Payment is collected by Stripe when the order is placed (full or deposit). The amount, minus the displayed fees, is paid into your Stripe account on its payout schedule, usually within a few days.

Do I need a specific legal status to sell online?

Patissio is a tool: it does not replace your obligations. A sole trader, a small business or a company can open a shop. Creating a Stripe account requires an ID document and a bank account in the business's name.
