    Title, description, level, duration, what participants take home, photos. Specify the venue, or the video call link for a remote workshop.

    Open sessions

    Several dates for the same workshop, each with its number of seats and its price. Full sessions close on their own.

    Collect bookings

    The participant books and pays the deposit or the full amount through Stripe. They receive a confirmation, then a reminder before the date.

Running workshops with Patissio

Can I offer an online workshop?
Yes. Each workshop has a format: on-site, remote or hybrid. For remote sessions, you save the connection link in the workshop and it is sent to participants in the reminder.
How do I limit the number of participants?
Each session has a number of seats. Bookings deduct seats in real time and the session is marked full automatically.
What happens in case of cancellation?
You cancel the booking from your dashboard and decide on the refund, full or partial, from your Stripe account. The participant is informed by email.
Are workshops included in the Pro plan?
No, workshops and bookings are part of the Premium plan (€49/month or €490/year), with the custom domain, team, statistics and agent access.
